Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Ones, a service operated by Kaiba Labs LLC (“Kaiba Labs,” “Ones,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Ones, you agree to these Terms.
The service today
Ones helps players discover one another, maintain basketball profiles and records, communicate, agree on games, and report results. Ones does not currently hold or transfer player funds, process entry fees, or provide identity verification.
Who can use Ones
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Ones asks for your date of birth at signup to check this and never shows it on your profile. If you are under 18, do not arrange to meet anyone without a parent or guardian knowing where you are going and who you are meeting. Meet at public courts.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your account, and for activity through your account. Do not use Ones to impersonate another person, harass others, submit fraudulent records, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law. Ones reviews reports and may suspend an account that breaks these rules, which removes it from the market and stops it messaging anyone.
