Someone is bothering you

Open their profile and use Report or Block. Blocking is immediate and works both ways: you stop appearing to each other, neither of you can start a conversation, and neither of you can send another message in a thread you already share. You can undo it from Blocked players under You. Reporting is private, and the player is never told who reported them.

Reports go to a person, not a queue nobody reads. We review them and can suspend an account, which removes it from the market and stops it messaging anyone.

Meeting safely

Ones is for arranging games at public courts. Agree the court and the time in the thread before you travel, meet somewhere public, and tell someone where you are going. If you are under 18, tell a parent or guardian who you are meeting and where.

A result is wrong

Both sides report a result and it only counts when the two agree. If you report different winners or scores, nothing is recorded and no rating moves. The match is flagged for us to settle, so a disagreement never quietly becomes a loss on your record. Email us if one is stuck.

You cannot sign in

Use Forgot password to get a reset link by email. If the email does not arrive, check spam first, then write to us from the address you signed up with.

Closing your account

You can delete your account yourself from You, on the website and in the iPhone app. Your profile, photo, messages, and the reviews you wrote are removed, and your handle is retired. Matches you already played stay on the other player's record without your name, because a settled game belongs to both sides. It cannot be undone.

Money

Ones does not process, hold, or move money. There are no entry fees and no payouts. Anything players settle between themselves is their own arrangement and is not part of Ones.
